photo gallay /msql-php

My favorite picture album/photo gallery PHP app is called Gallery.  You
can find it at http://gallery.sourceforge.net/

As long as the server you're putting the pictures on has ImageMagick or
NetPBM for image manipulation, it'll work just fine.  You upload the
images/photos thru the web, and it will resize them.  It also has
templates for different colors, look and feel.
