Can't find Wireless Router

Have you tried power cycling the router.  Unplug it and wait a couple
minutes, then plug it back in.

My Wireless Router has seemed to disappeared.  I know there is a network

utility that can locate IP address on a network but I don't remember 
what it is.  Can anyone help?  I think it is one of those network 
inventory tools. If I can telnet into the box I can probably get it 
working again. [I hope]
