this wont work. a facility name is not a process name. take a look at
the syslog.conf man pages..
Valid facilities are: auth, authpriv, cron,daemon, kern, lpr, mail,
mark, news, security (same as auth), syslog,
user, uucp and local0 through local7.

I would imagine adding a line like:
dhcpd.* -/var/log/dhcpd
would do dhcp for you... Just a guess 'cuz I haven't actually tried it.
