I have, in no particular order, other than how they're laying here: 
Knoppix 3.3
DemoLinux 3.0
DamnSmallLinux 0.5.3.1
MandrakeMove 1.0
Morphix KDE 0.4-1
Slax 3.0.25-2

This is what happens when "Linux From Scratch" freaks have too much time on thier hands.  :-) 
Most are Debian based. 
On the Knoppix forum they say to consider it as a "Debian Live" CD.
Some I have not been able to get to work because of the @#$%^& all-in-one sound and video processing on the motherboard.
