PHP PDF

I have a php pdf question, I'm getting more and more involved with 
creating web based reports off our oracle database. PHP is great for 
doing this. I can get all the data and do whatever I need. My issue is 
formatting the output. HTML is great for webpages, or online queries, 
but I want to make printable reports. I want to create PDFs, I see a 
number of plugins to do this. I want something that is easy to use and 
flexable I need to repeat things like page headers. Any suggestions?
