That's $40 at US-itek.com (or just walk in it's on Military just North of
Sheridan)

I don't work for them but work down just around the corner so they are very
easy to get to from work.

I use the same card in Linux and have no troubles (other than pesky lack of EAX
support)

The OEM means it comes with nothing, no box or fancy stuff, just a rubber band
holding on the manual and some cabling.  However there parts are covered by
them for usually a year, ask about that cuz I'm not sure.
