Scsi Errors.

it looks like the drive might be going bad. have you had any other 
errors on the drive? i'd make sure that you have a spare drive on hand 
so you can swap it out in the event of a failure, or it this turns into 
an ongoing problem.

hopefully the drives are SCA and you're running the array at raid5, then 
you can replace the drive on the fly and let the raid rebuild in a 
degraded mode. your users will never notice.
