#nflug on EFnet

I have loaded a bot to hold the #nflug channel on EFnet.  As I figure out how
to run the dang thing, I'll add stuff to it.  This is as close to a chatline as
I can come up with at the moment.

Need to find a server if we're going to create a chatline.  My machine is
sitting behind a firewall and I can't really put one here.  Besides, it's
Adelphia and they frown on that sort of thing :-)
