Ok, here is the Adelphia Techie coming out in me (I am posting this from my cubicle here at the Buffalo Adelphia Call Center BTW).  

Your response is incorrect.  The CORRECT mail servers should be mail.adelphia.net for BOTH in and outbound mail.
