Anti-Aliased Phoenix Browser

I like Mozilla, so I'll probably like Phoenix. Small and fast is good on 
my old machine! Could one of you folks talk a newbie through installing 
it on Mandrake 9.1 (rc2)? I downloaded the jaeger... file, but I'm not 
sure what to do next. I looked at the ragweed file, but it said RH8, and 
I'm not sure how far that might be from how Mandrake does things.
