histfile allows you specify where the history data is stored.  This is my
.cshrc section:

set history=100
set savehist
set histfile=~/.history


BAH! to Bash.  If anything, I'd migrate to zsh.  But I'm stubborn, and
want to know why tcsh sux right now.
