Colocation in Buffalo / Fredonia area

Hello,

	I have a friend who is investigating co-location and/or 
dedicated hosting in the Buffalo/Fredonia area. Does anyone 
have an idea of places he can call?

	Big issue is: they need decent bandwidth and a large 
transfer limit (160~300GB/month)
