Room reserved at UB for PHP presentation

I reserved 120 Clemens Hall on the North (Amherst) campus at 12:30pm on
Sunday August 3.  This is assuming a half-hour for setup, so the
presentation can start at 1:00pm.  I need to tell the staff here what time
to close up.  I was thinking 3:30pm.  Does that sound about right?
