Well actually, heres the latest info..
I can get the training room ,but I have a very hard stop by 3:00, I need
to go to Fredonia and they wont let others there if I'm not there..

So because of this and just the confusion in general, how about the
tutorial gets postponed for the next meeting? Or If people are
interested, and I know that it's been mentioned a number of times about
having meetings more often, we could have this in 2 weeks, that way it
also wont interfere with the normal meeting agendas..

Any thoughts?

I'm still speaking with them to try to see what can be done to let
people there later..i.e. If I had someone from that company there, I'm
sure it wouldn’t be a problem if people stayed later..
