Good IDE for webdev under Linux

Hello,

	I've been looking for an IDE for web development (HTML, 
PHP, etc) and been coming up somewhat empty-handed (Quanta 
is not an option: I don't want install KDE libs just to use 
it). Has anyone found anything that isn't 
desktop-environment (KDE mainly) dependent?
