Ahh yes, CD ripping

What you're looking for is a handy script that will rip the tracks and
convert them into mp3 or ogg files. It's called "abcde" or A Better CD Encoder,
http://lly.org/~rcw/abcde/page/ found here. It'll depend on a few programs, 
but I'm not sure what they are anymore.
