mkisofs?

I am attempting to make a iso using "mkisofs", what is happening is that it completes successfully but the iso is only 34k big when I am expecting it to be about 64mb. This is what I am doing.
/mkisofs -J -r -o /myiso.iso -b mydir/loader.bin -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 .

After I issue the command it should make the iso, I think.

Anyone have any idea where I am going wrong?
