TV Driver problem

Hi. I'm trying (yet again) to get my WINTV USB to work. This time, I'm
trying to run the Windows software under Crossover Office. After
installing the software and manually moving a few dll's, I've got it to
the point where the error messages are the same as when the USB
connection is messed up on the Windows side. What I guess is happening
is that the usbvision driver and possibly other modules it loads has
control of the device.

What I want to know is how do I tell Linux not to load usbvision etc. so
that the other software can have a go at it? Usbvision is a pain
anyway. It activates the device just enough for it to put out a whole
lot of static on the line in of my audio card.

Thanks.

Joe
