Sendmail problem

Hi Everyone,

I've been running the default RedHat 8.0 sendmail install (sendmail-8.12.5-7.rpm)
on my webserver for the purposes of relaying e-mails generated by my PHP apps.
It had been running fine until a few days ago, when I noticed that the e-mails
weren't being send anymore.

I looked at my maillog files and it looks like here's where it started to fail...
all the entries to the maillog files since this point have been refused it would
seem:

Can anyone offer advice here? Admittedly I don't know much about sendmail, but
this is kind of a major problem. Any advice would really be appreciated - thanks
so much.
