lilo.conf

I have somewhat of a newbie question. I installed
mandrake 9 last night and have made a change to
lilo.conf (because I unfortunately have to dual boot).
I then did this command in /sbin: sudo ./lilo and was
given:
 sudo ./lilo
Added Mandrake9
Added Failsafe
Added Windows2K
Added floppy
Fatal: No images have been defined or default image
doesn't exist.

Now when I boot the system up it is still the way it
was originally. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
