this realy depends what you're looking for and how much you want to 
spend? there are commercial products based on sendmail that have 
antivirus built in or you can have sendmail call an external program.

Sophos has a product call MailMonitor which is a customized version of 
sendmail 8.12.5 with there antivirus engine built into it. this product 
works very well.

AMaViS, http://www.amavis.org is a plugin but you need a commercical 
antivirus engine to actually scan the messages. i played with this 
alittle a few years ago but didn't have much luck. i ment to get back to 
playing with it but haven't.
