please explain what you mean by needing to improve the reliability of 
the list? i've been maintaining the list server and software since the 
inception of the nflug and there has never been a question of it's 
reliability from any other users.

$ uptime
7:41AM  up 521 days, 16:21, 2 users, load averages: 0.08, 0.10, 0.08
