May have to start at the beginning, how email works:

Maybe something like this:

Background info:

1. MUA creates message (lets assume localhost MTA to send)
2. Start with domain name
3. DNS Call - (what dns is)
4. MX record explanation
5. Contact Mail Host - Port 25
6. MTA (sendmail, qmail, ect.)
7. MDA (Procmail, ect.)

Then get into the MTA/MDA setups.
