err, I thought the scsi stuff was embedded in the iomega chipset, FWIW.
I usually do something like "mount -t vfat /dev/sda4 /mnt/zip" after
"/sbin/modprobe ppa" as root. But there is a very good chance I could
learn something here, since I've never had an internal unit. Perhaps the
internal ones apperar as /dev/sd(x) i.e. /dev/sda4 without needing the
ppa module loaded? You would need the sg module loaded anyway, but I'm
not sure yet (going to check up on this..) let us know how it goes!
BTW, is it still on for the 23rd?
