I've installed every redhat relaease since 5.1. Done hundreds of
installs. Any reason your going with older releases? For security and
bug updates I'd install the most recent. Redhat 7.3. I have this on CD.
Then run up2date to make sure it's really current. Yes Redhat 7.0, and
7.1 had some issues out of the box, but when patched they were fine,
I've found 7.3 to be very stable.

Plus the installers (graphical) have gotten alot better since 6.0...
