I think this is a pretty cool idea!  I know that my hardware won't do 
much w/ the latest and greates software.  I always look forward to 
Chistmas cause usually I can scam enough bucks to get a memory module 
or something.  $100 bucks for a X*10 gig hard drive is very good, but 
if $100 is a major portion of the food budget, what does it matter?
Just sounding off about one of the things that attracted me to Linux 
in the first place.  Thanks.
