Check the spec99 link.  Win00 needed a 667 Mhz and 2 gig RAM to out 
perform a 533 Mhz and 1.5 gig running RH 6.1.  The resulting improvement 
jump is certainly nothing to brag about.  M$ is desperately hoping you won't 
check the link! ;-)
