this is very true, my cable is suk. it ran insanely fast the first 2 months (I am almost live right downtown) the it died all together for 2 months. It still only works well for 2 days a week. I know they had to upgrade their network because some people started a law suit against them because of how they advertise it and sell it, yet it sucks and never works. There tech support is terrible also (granted I am sure it is not the techs fault) all they do is have me run trace routes and e-mail it to them. Grrrrrrr I can get any DSL at my house too, but I had 2 DSL lines, 1 from Prime, another through Verizon, cancelled them. So I am stuck until I make enough and put a T1 line in :)~~~~~
