Broadband "Solutions" -- Adelphia Cable

I'm not sure about other areas, but Adelphia "Powerlink" in my area 
(Blasdell, Orchard Park) is pathetic; it is by far the most unreliable 
Internet service I have had.  When it works, it is typically very fast, but 
too often it doesn't work.  I wouldn't recommend running a server off of it 
where the customers expect it to be up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
