Nevermind,

I found my answer.  RedHat has a listserv for those developing/beta
testing ext3.

When it's done, and that depends on when I finish fixing core 2.4 bugs
and move to the porting.  Nobody knows when 2.4 will be stable: it's
still corrupting data silently on ext2 under extreme loads (although
we are finding possible cures now...)
