Chating on mIRC

HI All:)

Can anyone advise me as to what IRC servers support Linux chatrooms of =
any type, and also does anyone know the names
of them. I downloaded the latest version of mIRC and I'm learning how to =
use this new mIRC. Its been a long time since I used=20
mIRC. So if you can give me a little information I would be grateful.

P.S. Oh I'm on a windoze box until my replacement motherboard comes in =
to build my new Linux box.
