Wine is not a hardware emulator (ie Virtual Machine) like VMWare,
Win4Lin and Plex86. It tries to emulate an OS enviroment instead in
order to run a Windoze program. A Virtual Machine actually atemps to
emulate a hardware platform (ie: 80x86). This is why you need to install
the guest OS.
