Info, Inc is looking for a full time Statistical Analyst with
programming experience and a strong background in Mathematics,
Statistics, and/or Economics. This person will be responsible for
model testing & evaluation, enhancements and development of
various valuation methodologies, researching academic papers on
hedonic, spatial and time series models and more. Past experience
with or knowledge of Real Estate data and markets is a plus, but not
necessary. The qualified candidate will work closely with our IT
department and executive team. </font></font></font>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Requirements:</font></font></font></p>
<ul><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">MA/MS
degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics and one year
programming/modeling experience, or a Ph.D in one of these fields. </font></font></font>
</p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><a name="TrackingJobBody"></a>
<font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Technical
skills to handle large datasets using statistical software such as
SAS or SPSS or R-Project.</font></font></font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Familiarity
with forecasting techniques.</font></font></font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Good
knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and MySQL</font></font></font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Programming
experience with Perl or C++ or Java is a plus. </font></font></font>
</p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" lang="en-US"><font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Knowledge
of Real Estate Markets is helpful but not required.</font></font></font></p>
