    They were unclear with the sorts of risks that an application hosting
provider faces:  visits to customer sites, co-located equipment,
security of hosted applications, mal-practice, programing project
failure, etc.  
    The newspapers are full of stories about leaked customer information
and IT project meltdowns, so someone who doesn't know the industry would
be understandably reluctant.
    Since they don't deal with this sort of thing very often, they quoted a
high price and indicated we'd probably do better if we found a
specialist.
