Just over a year now.  20/5, delivers as claimed as indicated via
speakeasy.com.

Isn't cable a shared bandwidth service in a way FiOS (and DSL) isn't?
With cable, as your neighbors light up in the evening, your connection
becomes progressively slower.

Utterly painless, just as was the 6 months of DSL that preceded it.
Haven't used anything but GNU/Linux here since 1998.  The installer
didn't bat an eyelash.

If there are software set-up issues, Verizon can activate account over
phone or Web I believe.
