[nflug] SSH Permission Denied on local machine

I have checked the hosts.deny file and its blank

The perms on .ssh are below

ls -la .ssh/
total 12
drwx------  2 fkumro fkumro 4096 2008-04-27 17:12 .
drwxr-xr-x 35 fkumro fkumro 4096 2008-04-27 19:50 ..
-rw-r--r--  1 fkumro fkumro  884 2008-04-27 17:17 known_hosts

I turned strict off and still had the same results, im stumped as this
has never happened before...
