Heya All,
	I'd be happy to go over Xen virtualization next meeting.  I'd do a
quick overview of the different types of virtualization and why I like
Xen, and then go into some implementation, best practices, and
configuration details specific to Xen.
	With windows guests the perforamnce distinction is much less as you're
limited to hardware virtualization.  The decision comes down to
licensing, management tools, live migration/shared storage, and
networking options (vlan tagging, etc)
