[nflug] for the scripters

Well a simple gnome applet which changes its image based on a lock
file existing or not is not too hard. I'm strapped for time this week
but I will try to throw something together. Let me post some logic so
you can verify its correct

If the lock file exists
->display image a
else
->display image b

At what interval would you want this script to update? Do you have
some sample images you could send me to use?
