[nflug] RHEL 5 Server & Intel Core 2 Duo Processor

I don't know about Red Hat, but Ubuntu has SMP built into the regular 
kernel. There are no separate ones for muli-cores or multi-processors. 
Maybe that's why you can't find the SMP kernel?
