Frankly I'm for dues based on the proposed benefits, I can't see why we
wouldn't, unless the dues were too much for the very poorest of us, which
I hope wouldn't happen.

Okay ...it's out of my mind now... sorry couldn't delete it, it was on
stack heap first before deletion.
