[nflug] Thunderbird Trick for finding threads you're in

I save all messages from nflug in one mail folder (using an automatic
message filter).
I have thread view turned on so I can see what goes with what in the
right order.  The only problem with this is that not all threads are
always expanded (which is fine) and so some of my posts and replies to
them get hidden.
