Can you at least get to the scsi bios? This would ensure that you at
least have a working card, i.e., no irq problems, etc.. Then check
inside the scsi bios to make sure you can see the drive and have that
set to boot. If you installed to this drive the way it's connected, it
is probably not set to boot the drive, either in your bios or scsi bios.
