[nflug] IT friendly attorney

Howdy All,
    I've been asked to provide a contract for a small-medium sized 
application development project (50-100 man hours), and I'm looking for 
an attorney who can look over what I wrote and give some helpful 
edits/suggestions.
    Has anyone here worked with an attorney who they found helpful for 
this sort of work?  I'm obviously willing to pay but want to avoid 
big-firm prices, so an independent or small firm would be excellent.
