[nflug] network admin/ engineer advise

Hi Ryan,

I think 76XX series is good even for beginners.
One recommendation is to study about MPLS, but not only with CISCO even with
more providers such as Juniper (its equipments are bigger and
better!!!)...study theory in general...after a good theory, the practice
will be easier!
