[nflug] HTML Question

Hi Everyone:
    Just a quick question? I created this HTML document with some help 
with someone on this list. I created on my workstation with 1280 x 1024 
resolution. When it is viewed on another computer it is much larger than 
full screen. Is there a way to reduce the size to fit full screen on 
lower resolution systems. I was thinking Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) 
but I don't know much about them. The file contains both text and 
graphic images. If not CSS is there another way. Looking for something 
simple if it's possible. Thanks.
