[nflug] squirrelmail 1.4.5/sendmail problem

I am running squirrelmail 1.4.5/sendmail on Fedora 4
and keep getting error message when loging into
squirrelmail ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: CAPABILITY. Everyting has been fine sending
receiving mail until today. This is just my private
home mail server. I can send out but not get mail from
the outside. My dovecot services are running plaus
when I telnet locahost 143 I get dovecot ok dovecot
ready BAD Error in IMAP command received by server.
Any suggestions?
