[nflug] mail script

This sounds encouraging, I will try this. 
The system is a RedHat 7.2 with an upgraded 8.something sendmail that
only delivers locally, I am using an old version of Horde/Imp (PHP based
webmail) that has unfortunately worked very well for too long of a time
without any alterations.
