[nflug] Procmail

I admit my procmail skills aren't what they should be. So bear with me.

I'm looking for a tip on how to setup procmail for a particular user 
(.procmailrc works in their home dir) he doesn't have direct home dir 
access, only IMAP access.

I want to deliver the mail normally if it's from a certain domain, else 
forward to another user.

so:

if domain != acceptable.domain
then
forward to justin.bennett at dynabrade.com

I have it working IF domain == acceptable.domain but can't figure how to 
negate the regular expression..
