[nflug] Sort Of a Backup Question

I have an external hard drive that I store data on and I recently
copied certain files (dirs) to my computer. Is their a program that I
could run which checks to see if any files have changed or been added
and if so copy them to a desired directory? I wouldnt even know what
to search for so I asked the LUG. Thanks again guys!
