List Maintenance

I am running Ubuntu 5.1 and I am trying to install Xine using "apt-get
install xine-ui", but it keeps barking that "Package xine-ui is not
available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package xine-ui has no installation candidate"

I am new to this this distro, but I installed K3B using apt-get with no
problems. Any suggestions?
